Christmas Party ~ Corporate Fun!
Here at corporate, we had a little white elephant exchange party. Suffice to say that the best presents were stolen multiple times! Everyone also dressed up in their ugliest Christmas sweater, although some people just wore their usual work attire. It was a blast!

Quarterly Shoutout - Gary Jaslovsky & Mike McCarthy
Earning Certifications, Improving the Brand!
Gary Jaslovsky from NW Chicago and Mike McCarthy have both shown great initiative to progress the Sam the Concrete Man. Gary got BBB certified and Mike passed the contractor's license exam, which is a huge accomplishment! He is now able to serve all of Maryland in addition to Delaware. Getting BBB certified is not only good from a lead standpoint, but it also is a badge of honor that you can put on your website! It's a win-win. Great job Gary and Mike, keep up the good work!
Resetting the New Year
Tips for heading into 2022
We would like everyone to remember a few things that are essential to growing their business. We hope you consider these tactics very high on your list, as they will build momentum for your business leading into the busy summer months.
Home Shows - Going to home shows is highly, highly encouraged in Q1! There is nothing better you can do to fill your calendar with leads than attending a home show. If you're unsure which home shows are in your region, talk to Becky or simply search for home shows near you on Google.
Ask for Reviews - This is crucial to help improve not only your visibility on Google but your reputation online. We have many franchisees ranking on the first page of Google. Why? Because they made an effort to ask for reviews from happy customers.
Take Pictures for Social Media - Your social media feed is your portfolio to show to potential customers. If you're not showing your best work, no one will know how great you are at pouring and stamping concrete. Take pictures of finished jobs, send them to Becky or Zack in marketing. You'll thank us later!
